All orders are processed from Ireland during normal business hours and are dispatched within 24-48h. If your order is placed during weekends or bank holidays please allow for additional delivery time. Please ensure your full name, address, telephone number and email address is entered correctly to avoid any delays. Couriers will not accept initials.
If you need to cancel or modify your order please email us within 1 hour of completing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed at our warehouse.
All orders are sent from Ireland via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers will not leave parcels unattended due risk of damage or loss.
On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
